Low quotes often exclude items or use cheaper materials and less experienced trades. We prefer to be upfront about true costs rather than surprising you with variations later.

We structure payments across project milestones: typically a deposit, then payments at key stages (demolition complete, rough-in complete, fixtures installed), with a final payment at handover. This aligns payments with work completed. For larger projects, we can discuss arrangements with renovation finance specialists.

Absolutely. We regularly work with external architects and designers. Our construction team appreciates detailed documentation and collaborates well with design professionals. We can also provide buildability advice during the design phase to avoid costly changes during construction.

Current lead times vary by project type and location. Typically, design work can begin within 2-4 weeks of engagement, with construction starting 4-12 weeks after design approval depending on council requirements and material lead times.
