Melbourne
Our head office is located in the heart of the CBD on Collins Street, between Queen and William Streets. The building entrance is next to the Commonwealth Bank branch.
Public Transport: Flinders Street Station is a 5-minute walk. Trams 11, 12, 48, and 109 stop directly outside on Collins Street.
Parking: Wilson Parking at 60 Queen Street offers casual rates. Street parking on Little Collins Street is limited to 2 hours.
Sydney
Our North Sydney office is on the Pacific Highway, easily accessible from the CBD. We are located opposite the Greenwood Plaza shopping centre.
Public Transport: North Sydney Station is a 3-minute walk. Multiple bus routes stop on the Pacific Highway.
Parking: Secure parking available in the building basement. Enter via Berry Street.
Brisbane
Located in the CBD on Adelaide Street between Creek and Albert Streets. Our office is on level 4 of the heritage-listed building above the cafe.
Public Transport: Central Station is a 4-minute walk. King George Square Busway is nearby.
Parking: Myer Centre parking on Elizabeth Street is closest. Early bird rates available until 9:30am.
Before You Visit
Yes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure the right person is available to discuss your project. Initial consultations can take 30-60 minutes, and we prefer to give you our full attention rather than fitting you between scheduled meetings.
If you have them, bring any plans or surveys of your property. Photos of the current space help us understand your starting point. Pinterest boards or magazine clippings showing styles you like are useful for understanding your aesthetic preferences. None of these are required, but they help us prepare more relevant ideas.
Absolutely. For renovation projects, we prefer to meet on-site for the initial consultation so we can assess the space firsthand. Our complimentary consultation includes a site visit within our service areas. For locations outside greater Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, we may arrange a video call first before scheduling a site visit.
We work throughout greater Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane metropolitan areas. For regional projects, we consider them on a case-by-case basis depending on project size and logistics. If you are outside our usual areas, get in touch anyway and we will let you know what is possible.
After the initial consultation, we typically provide a preliminary estimate within one week. Detailed quotations follow the design phase, usually 2-4 weeks after design concepts are approved. We take time to get quotes right rather than rushing to give you an inaccurate number.
